Our local newspaper, The Canberra Times, is having a photography competition this month, and the first prize is a new Canon EOS 1000D.  I’d really love another camera body.  Because I’m tired of fighting over our 450D with PJ.  I know that’s not a good enough reason to feel myself worthy of such a prize, but I’m not going to enter.  I’m planning to enter one of PJ’s pictures.

Meanwhile here are a bunch of pictures that I took last summer.  Some of these I’ve posted before, and some are new.  All are examples of what can happen when I win the fight over who gets the camera.
