Daily Gratitude
Today I have something to be very grateful for. So grateful, in fact, that I simply must blog about it. Please indulge me just a moment.
I am grateful for the telephone and the internet. These two tools have been extremely useful to me over the past couple of days to uncover an absolute torrent of lies that have been perpetrated against me. Even when I started to doubt my gut instincts, to question whether I really could be right in thinking that everything was wrong, I simply picked up the phone and made a few calls. Canberra is a small town, and since I’ve lived here all my life I know a lot of people. It’s not difficult to check things out. And people are happy to talk and answer questions and confirm suspicions. You’d be amazed.
So thank you, modern technology, for confirming what my gut has been telling me for months. Because in the absense of any concrete evidence to the contrary, all I have to go on is what people are telling me. And people are telling me lots of things.
The game is most definitely up.

Thank you, lovely people, for your well-wishes and support. It’s all a bit up in the air right now and I’m not in a position to discuss the details just yet. But I just wanted to say thanks and assure you that I am forging ahead with optimism. I’m going to be OK.
Cheers
Trish.
God, how awful, you poor thing. Stay close to your true friends.
Very glad to hear that you were able to get to the bottom of it. Very sorry to hear it happened in the first place. Sure hope karma’s gonna kick that someone where it hurts…
Goodness…I’m glad you listened to your gut, it’s never wrong and I hope that the light is shone on whomever has deceived you and they make things right!
This doesn’t sound good. I hope you are ok…..

Email me pls – this is both cryptic and intriguing and I love a good mystery to stick my nose into!
